We cross check everything before leaving our studio but very rarely there maybe a fault in the product that we may have missed.
A full replacement will be made after we examine the possible cause.
We will not accept any items that have had wear and tear. Everyday wear is not considering a manufacturing fault.
Please carefully read our care cards that are conveniently packaged in with every product purchased or simply read it here.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Down The Little Lane will accept returns for either a replacement due to manufacturing fault, credit, or full refund after 14 days form the date received.
Please note - We will not "hold" any items!
